Vacuum forming is often the cheapest and quickest way to create simple displays and parts. Sheet plastic is heated and sucked down over a forming tool by a vacuum, thus taking its shape. There are restrictions on vacuum forming. The product must not be self-intersecting (trap the tool inside it) so it can be removed and therefore must have one open side.
Our machines can form displays from sheet plastic up to 1080 mm x 1600 mm in surface area, and it is possible form up to 500 mm in depth depending upon the size and shape of the display.
